Initially, was really nervous for Varon as it will be his first time having to work to earn. We were pleasantly surprised and proud that he was actually the first among the kids to take initiative and walk around offering his products. Hi Little Boss Camp taught my kids the value of hardwork and meeting deadlines by preparing them the items for sale During the Graduation bazaar, also for them to set Sales goals with hands-on experience & learn about entrepreneurship and importantly the VALUE of Money not be Wasteful especially.
Proud kami that this program teaches them about the basics of business - Gross Sales and Cost of item, also NET PROFIT. We know its Hard for them to understand at this age, my 7 year old Winslet especially. our 12 year old Willow is Very Serious in her Selling, hopeful pa rin kami that this program would continue to develop their communication skills, confidence, and ability to handle money.
The program experience can be incredibly formative at an early age and may even inspire a lifelong interest in business or entrepreneurship for them. We hope we can encourage them more to join the Level 2 program.

I can see the increase in their awareness around the value of hard-earned money and their appreciation for the efforts that go into that. While I think the Little Boss Camp might be more suitable for kids in the 6-12 years old range, I think I would be able to recommend this to parents with younger children. In the future, it would be nice to see there be a program tailored to teens and adolescents who are in high school or going into college.

Hi there, I’m Sheila Ching-Ong
but call me Sheila!
Growing up wasn't easy, but those challenges showed me the importance of handling money well.
Now, as a Money Certainty Coach, I help families like yours feel confident about their finances.
But money smarts are just one piece of the puzzle! I'm also a certified Kidpreneurs Coach because I love empowering kids to become money masters, communication champs, and future business leaders!
With my guidance, kids will discover their passions, understand what makes them tick, and become creative problem-solvers ready for anything. Building a bright future for your child — that's what gets me fired up! Let's work together to unlock their potential and create a foundation for success that goes way beyond just money.
